All quotes, written text, card designs, graphics, the ANYTHINX name, logo, and the overall look and feel of the Service are the original work of ANYTHINX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Every quote on the Service is original work created for the Service; nothing here is scraped, re-attributed, or reworded from others.

4. Permitted use of quotes

We want our lines to travel. Subject to these Terms, you may:

• View, download, and share our quote cards for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Post them on social media, provided you do not alter the quote or remove the ANYTHINX attribution shown on the card; and
• Quote our lines with credit to ANYTHINX. A link back is appreciated but not required.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Use the content for commercial purposes, including resale, merchandise, paid products, or advertising;
• Claim authorship of our quotes, or re-attribute them to another person or brand;
• Alter, crop out attribution from, or misrepresent the content; or
• Systematically scrape, copy, or republish the library in bulk, including to train machine-learning models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or its data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated abuse, scraping, or denial of service;
• Introduce malware or any harmful code; or
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
